CMS (OCTA) Nipple Bending and Cutting in Shrewsbury, MA, USA

The nipple bending and cutting (LFM) has been designed for a fast execution of the straight tubes (cut portions) and bended tubes (elbows) between 0 and 110°, with a length included between 0.6in/15mm and 11.8in/300 mm. The tube cutoff -bending has from 1 to 3 independent tracks for tubes with diameter up to 0.866in/22 mm, obtained from coils in copper, aluminum or other materials. The feeding of the tubes is made through pneumatic pliers moved by a step-by-step motor; the cut is orbital and the bending is made easier by the presence of profiles without inside mandrels. A numeric control allows to program all operating functions, allowing to produce, in sequence, lots with different pattern; the machine itself shall separated them in different containers.
