2.The body materials are carbon steel, hearing treatment, the thickness of body is 60mm, made by CNC machine, with high strength and high precision.
All transmission gears are spur gears, with low noise and high precision, gears after high frequency heating and grinding, adopt automatic lubrication circle.
4.The gear material is 20CrMnti alloy steel,spur gear,after high frequency heating and grinding.and the main transmission gear and roller adopt expanding sleeve connection.
Bearing adopt famous brand made in China such as HRB and NSK.
