Description
The Kreuzmayr KFB Brush cleaning stations can be integrated with our GKE bin tipper, infeed bunkers, sorting conveyors, and KWEM elevator grinders to form the complete infeed solution for your pomaceous fruits and most vegetables. A combination of soft rotating brushes and spray nozzles affect intensive cleaning of the fruit and vegetables, before they are discharged from the brush cleaner onto a conveyor for sorting, or into the water basin of the KWEM. Leaves stems, and other debris are collected in a tray beneath the KFB for easy cleanup. Lifting conveyors can be added to the end of these machines if they are not tall enough at the out-feed end to reach the next machine in the line.
