1 open fermentation vat 10 hl, 2 flat-conical fermentation tanks 20 and 30 hl net capacity, 4 storage tanks 20 hl, 6 dispensing tanks/pressure tanks 10 hl, automatic temperature control for fermentation tanks and ZKT, 2 cellar pumps, hoses, 1 desi tub.
Filling area:
1 cabin washer with hot water tank for KEG and bottle cleaning; 1 siphon filler.
