Description
Cutting line designed for the air conditioning duct industry.
In fact, this cutting line can be composed in many different ways, depending on the customer's needs. In the basic version it consists of a decoiler, a straightener and a shear. The whole is controlled by a panel that includes an intelligent positioner and motor control electronics.
The optionals are as follows:
A) Corrugator
B) Quadruple shearing unit
C) Notch forming unit for snap folding
D) Notch forming unit for flanges
E) Bending unit integrated with the guillotine shear.
F) Multiple additional reels.
Thus, the considerable flexibility of the system allows different versions of cutting lines to be formed.
