Working Principle
Gravimetric blender can be mounted on the bracket above the machine, can also be mounted on the floor stand beside the machine, with vacuum autoloaders to transport raw materials to the injection molding machine. The weighing of raw materials can be completed by pneumatic valve alone or combined with micro-feeding device (optional). Each raw material is directly sent to the weighing plate composed of a high-precision loadcell. When all raw materials are properly weighed and measured, the whole batch of raw materials will be sent to the mixing tank for mixing. The high efficiency blender will mix the raw materials evenly and then fall into the storage tank or directly into the feed port of the molding machine. The level sensor in the mixing tank controls the whoe process of metering and feeding.
