Submersible mixers, also known as submersible propellers, are used in sewage treatment plant processes to propel and agitate wastewater containing suspended solids, slurries, and industrial process fluids. They create water flow, enhance agitation, and prevent sludge sedimentation. They are essential equipment in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes. They are categorized as hybrid submersible mixers and low-speed submersible propeller mixers.

Technical Features
Applicable to aeration and anaerobic tanks in industrial and municipal sewage treatment plants, it can be used to circulate water in the tanks and create water flow during nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal.
The mixing and agitation series utilizes a multi-pole motor with a direct-drive structure, resulting in low energy consumption and high efficiency. The impeller is precision-cast or stamped, offering high precision, high thrust, a sleek appearance, and a compact structure.
The low-speed push-flow series utilizes a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or gear reducer, featuring low power, low speed, a large impeller diameter, and a wide service area. The impeller is cast from polyurethane and aluminum alloy (also available in fiberglass reinforced plastic), offering high strength and corrosion resistance. In addition to agitation, it also provides flow generation and water flow creation.
The motor windings of the submersible mixers feature Class F insulation and an IP68 protection rating. When used in a sewage treatment plant's aeration system, this system significantly reduces energy consumption and significantly increases oxygenation, effectively preventing sedimentation. Depending on process requirements, a direct-drive submersible mixer can be equipped with a flow deflector.

Applications
The mixer can operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:
1. Medium temperature not exceeding 40°C
2. Medium pH between 5 and 9
3. Liquid density not exceeding 1150 kg/m³
4. Long-term submersible operation, generally with a submersible depth not exceeding 20 meters.
