Product Introduction
The containerized snail stacker combines the snail stacker, dosing system, and accessories within a single container. It is primarily used for sludge treatment. Its functions are similar to those of the snail stacker, utilizing gravity and screw extrusion to dewater the sludge treated with flocculants, thereby reducing sludge volume and transport costs. Working Principle
1. Sludge extracted from the biochemical reactor is transferred to the coagulation and mixing tank.
2. In the mixing tank, it is coagulated and mixed with polyethylene iron and polymer to form a colloidal plume.
3. The colloidal plume is concentrated by gravity in the thickening section, and a large amount of filtrate is discharged from the filter slits in the thickening section.
4. The concentrated sludge is continuously propelled forward along the direction of the spiral shaft, where it is fully dehydrated under the internal pressure generated by the back pressure plate.
5. The dehydrated sludge cake is discharged from the gap formed by the back pressure plate and the main body of the spiral.
