The Tong Fieldloader is versatile for use on potatoes, carrots, onions, parsnips, bulbs and more, and is capable of efficiently handling a wide range of volume – up to 100 tons per hour. The mobile fieldloader is therefore the ideal potato & onion sizing machine for use in the field and on site.
The newly designed Fieldloader offers all the efficiencies and savings of Tong’s flagship Caretaker mobile vegetable sizer, with the added benefit of allowing growers to eliminate dirt, inspect and load crop straight from the harvester into bulkers and semi-trailer trucks for onward travel and processing.
MOBILE DIRT ELIMINATION, SIZING & LOADING UNIT
Tong’s Fieldloader has been designed with ultimate convenience in mind. It is a single, self-contained mobile unit, making multi-site and in-field dirt elimination & handling quicker and easier than ever before. The Tong Fieldloader incorporates an infeed unloader, dirt eliminator (most popularly the Tong EasyClean dirt eliminator), roller inspection table and extending piler, all on one heavy duty road-going chassis.
The Fieldloader features remote controls to the Tong EasyLoad extending piler for easy control of trailer loading, to ensure an even fill. With all the latest technical advancements, the Fieldloader potato & onion sizing machine really is the next generation of efficient and reliable in-field crop cleaning and loading.
