ACL 3000 D is designed to optimize every phase of counting pills, filling and capping bottles, with a completely automated workflow. The empty bottles are placed in an orderly fashion on a rotating table and transferred to the conveyor belt. The double counting unit guarantees precise and accurate filling, even for large volumes of product. After filling, the bottles are securely and uniformly sealed by the capping unit. The capped bottles are collected on a tray, ready for distribution. The ACL 3000 D stands out for its ability to quickly adapt to different formats of bottles and products.
