Description
Automatic linear capping machine suitable to close, under vacuum by steam injection, glass jars or bottles equipped of mouth for twist-off metal caps having variable diameter. The machine can handle major or minor caps diameters through the adjustment of the guides and if necessary with the easy replacement of the caps drawing group and is mainly composed by the following:
Heavy duty supporting frame totally built in stainless steel AISI304 mounted on adjustable feet
– conveyor belt length 2300mm. with stainless steel table-top chain
– rotating magnetic aligner for caps feeding magnetic/mechanical type alignment system deiven by gearbox
– caps drawing group for twist-off caps with capsule centring and pre-closing system
– closing group composed by two closing belt rotating at different speed, closing torque adjustable with machine in operation
– Overheated steam production device brand LPV
– steam injection in order to heat the inside of the caps , help the closing and to create the vacuum into the containers closed, provided of stainless steel hoods positioned in appropriate sites to extract the exceeded steam vapours
– Closing-head height adjustment (for the format change) mechanically operated by hand-wheel
– Safety sensor for caps detection on caps slide feeder “cap slide-feeder without caps – stop machine”
– safety device as per CE standards
– electrical panel made in stainless steel AISI304 IP65 with low voltage controls 24V built according to CE rules
