Część matryc niestety pękła podczas używania, a śruby mocujące matryce się urywały

Podczas awarii typu urwane śruby mocujące matrycę, dochodziło do pęknięć tulei głównej formującej i bocznej podającej materiał.

Są to bardzo kosztowne awarie bo wymagają do naprawy zakupu kilku dodatkowych części

Constructively it is a crank press, the manufacturer promises that it is suitable for briquettes and pellets

Purchased by the manufacturer in 2018 as new with two years warranty – used body – built in 2009, all other components were new according to manufacturer specifications

The machine worked for several months, several hours per day depending on requirements – less than 200 hours in total

Owner tried to produce 6mm pellets from sawdust

Manufacturer supplied the user with 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 11mm dies and 60mm briquette pipes

Unfortunately, some of the dies broke during use and the screws fastening the dies broke off.

During the failure of the type of broken screws fastening the matrix, cracks occurred in the main molding sleeve and the lateral material feeding sleeve.

These are very expensive failures because they need to repair the purchase of a few extra parts

The failure occurred several times, so it can be assumed that the design of the machine is not well thought out.

The absence of the machine is, for example, a tear-off protection, which is common with similar machines (which is often used in crank presses working on the same principle).

Due to the lack of this device, possible defects drain the bag (torn bolts to fix the head unit, broken pellet dies, which also occur in the event of failure of damage to the shape and feed sleeve of the processed material).

There is no brake on the crank system, so that in the event of a failure the device completely destroys the attachment of the head due to the force of inertia.

Konstruktiv handelt es sich um eine Kurbelpresse, der Hersteller verspricht, dass sie für Briketts und Pellets geeignet ist

Gekauft vom Hersteller im Jahr 2018 als neu mit zwei Jahren Garantie – Gebrauchtkörper – Baujahr 2009, alle anderen Komponenten waren laut Herstellerangaben neu

Die Maschine arbeitete mehrere Monate, je nach Bedarf mehrere Stunden pro Tag – insgesamt weniger als 200 Stunden

Es wurde versucht, 6mm Pellets aus Sägemehl herzustellen

Hersteller lieferte den Benutzer mit 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 11mm und 60mm Briketthülsen
