The Gernal Cooking and Cooling Line features up to 3 boilers. A standard, well-equipped Gernal Cooking and Cooling Line consists of a boiling kettle, a pre-cooling kettle and an end-cooling kettle, arranged "in-line". Operation of the Gernal Cooking and Cooling Line is a breeze thanks to a large and multifunctional flat screen display. Choose at a glance between multiple recipes, for guaranteed consistent quality and shorter changeover times. In addition, the operator can fine-tune all cooking and cycle parameters themself, depending on the product, for the perfect cooking time. Thanks to the Gernal "Multibatch" technology, the Gernal Cooking and Cooling Line can already boil the second batch while the first is still cooling. Super fast heating of the boiler is achieved thanks to direct steam injection. The Gernal Cooking and Cooling Line's end product capacity ranges form 440 lbs. to 3,300 lbs. per hour.
