Automatic loader (stacker) for moldings. Designed to automatically load linear profiles into a movable rack.
Racks can then placed into an ven.lated open area or into a dry room to allow the coating to dry.
Typically used following a linear sprayer, a sander, hot foiler a spli?er or in general at the end of a finishing line.
A set of photoeyes detects the incoming part and reads its length. Depending on that information the PLC decides where to stop the loading belt to center the part on the loading arms.
