Testing machine
Introduction
Stator testing machine is designed to do testing for different kind of stators. According the stator application, there will be different testing items in the machine. For the AC motor in fan-blower field, normally test following items:

Hi-pot (mainly test any short circuit from the wire to the housing)
Ø
Insulation resistance (mainly test insulation level between wire and housing)
Ø
Surge (Mainly test any short circuit in-between wires, saying flash, turns No., anti-coils insertion)
Ø
Main phase resistance (can test ambient temperature and change the ambient temperature to
be 20 degree, and then test the resistance between main phase and high level.)
Ø
High level resistance (can test ambient temperature and change the ambient temperature to be
20 degree, and then test the resistance between high level and medium level.)
Ø
Medium level resistance
