resistance, inter turns insulation, winding inductance and inductance balance.
It has 2 stations, testing/replacing can be switched over by transparent
shield. Shield on enables to enter testing status automatically, results is
shown and pass/fail verification is out. On the rejection moment, there is
sound optical alarm. Testing time is within 15 seconds.
The
switch over part of this system takes imported hi-pot relay, high voltage,
inter turns test voltage can be manual adjusted. This system achieves good
stability and test precision etc.
Computer
can collect, record, save every testing data and result. Its software is easy
operation and flexible adjustment. The HMI is directly visible.
