Thermoforming, filling and heat-sealing machine with the following characteristics:
- Inner film reel holder with clutch
- Triple heat stations, sandwich type for 1 format with independent temperature controls for better heat distribution.
- Forming station for a 7 figure format per manoeuvre by vacuum pump.
- Upper film station with screen printing control
- Sealing station for 4 figures per maneuver. The sealing maintains the waterproofness regardless of the type of seams required thanks to the correct application of the sealing pressure.
- Cross section cut station.
- Stainless steel construction, parts in anodized duralminium, approved materials for the food industry.
