Strong Structure: The machine of this series adopts a two-point assembly structure with left and right frames (in L-shape), featuring high resistance and good rigidity. In particular, the sliding plate undergoes special scraping treatment, which ensures it remains more stable and less prone to wear even under long-term heavy-pressure processing.
Stable Precision: The machine is equipped with a frequency conversion mechanism for the hydraulic system, combining PLC program-controlled pressure with an automatic impact pressurization system. During thread rolling, the oil temperature remains stable, which does not affect the output force and avoids oil temperature differences—ensuring more stable average quality of processed workpieces.
Strong and Tough Hydraulic Pressure:
There are two types of ordinary hydraulic pumps:
(1) Piston type, with a maximum output pressure of 210 KGM
(2) Vane type, with a maximum output pressure of 120 KGM
