Description
Complete production and filling plant for a pub brewery, consisting of the following components:
1. Milling plant
Milling mill with malt feed hopper and pipe chain conveyor system for malt grist.
2. Brewhouse
2-unit brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, built in 2013) as a brewing block with copper-clad stainless steel vessels. The wort is cooled by a separate plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, built in 2013) with downstream wort aeration. There is also a hot water tank (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with insulation and heating jacket.
3. Fermentation and storage cellar
4 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, built in 2013) with a gross volume of 12 hl each and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar.
3 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with a gross volume of 25 hl each and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar.
The temperature of these 7 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is controlled by a common control cabinet.
In addition, there are 2 further cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, built in 2013) with a gross volume of 14.7 hl each and a maximum pressure of 3 bar.
The temperature of these two cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is controlled by another control cabinet.
4. Pressure tank cellar / serving cellar
5 upright pressure tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with clamp heads, each with a gross capacity of 10.5 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar.
5. Filling room
Siphon filler/glass bottle filler (JS Maschinen) with 6 filling heads.
Keg interior and exterior washer (Scheuer) with spray nozzles in stainless steel housing and lye tank in the base.
Keg filling station with taps for direct filling of kegs from the pressure tanks.
6. Operating/supply technology
Refrigeration system (Hafner-Muschler, 2013) as an ice water storage system with R404a refrigerant and 3 refrigeration compressors.
Oil-free compressed air piston compressor (Kaeser, 2013) with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and compressed air refrigeration dryer (Kaeser, 2013) with refrigerant R134a.
Air separator (AST) as nitrogen generator with adjacent nitrogen pressure tank.
