For Parts or Not Working. This meter is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are a few minor scuffs/scratches all over including on the display. The top/right corner bumper on the front panel is a little torn.
Notes:
This meter is in MOSTLY-working condition. The display is usable, but dim on the brightest setting. Actual readings from the front inputs on the DC Volts, AC Volts, DC current, AC current, frequency, and 2-wire Ohms settings were close to the readings we would get on our reference meter. Please NOTE: The 400mA current range works, but no reading is given on the 10A range.
