Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This module is in good cosmetic condition, with minor scuffs/scratches from prior use. The front panel is peeling a little bit. Please NOTE: we have a few of these. The firmware revision on the unit you receive may be version 5.4 or higher

This module was removed from a decommissioned TLA7016 mainframe, where we observed a steady green READY light. No other testing was done.
