The Block Stacker has an adjustable platform that can move up and down, allowing the operator to easily stack packaged frozen blocks. Afak's Block Stacker is specially designed for manually stacking frozen fish blocks on pallets, and operates automatically as soon as the “System Start” button is pressed. The pallet is raised to the correct working height for stacking the blocks. After the first layer of blocks has been stacked, the platform is lowered to accommodate the next layer. This process is repeated until the platform has completely lowered and the pallet is filled with The block stacker is made entirely of stainless steel and complies with current safety standards. The machine is equipped with a control panel that is mounted directly on the machine. The standard height of the machine is 2,342 mm, but custom heights are possible.
