Description
How it works:
The processing system starts with the crate tipping system where the crates with products are emptied above a conveyor belt. The products are transported to the sorting machine. The empty crates are discharged via the discharge belt.
The products are feeded into the sorting machine one by one through the spreader. The cups carry the products over weight sensors and under the dualvision camera for color and diameter sorting. The exits are equipped with packing conveyor belts and packing tables where the sorted products are packed.
This system has only been used for 1 season and is therefore as good as new!
