Pusais CS plug-in devices have the characteristics of high channel density, strong synchronous trigger function, and high efficiency of multi-device combination. The Pusais plug-in host adopts a custom framework, the backplane bus bandwidth is up to 3Gbps, and it supports 16-way trigger bus to meet the high-speed communication needs of multi-card devices.
Pusais has developed a variety of optional daughter cards for users to flexibly configure different daughter cards according to functional performance requirements. The host supports serial port, Ethernet and GPIB for external communication.
In order to meet customers' different needs for the number of daughter cards, two hosts, 1003C and 1010C, are launched. 1003C has a slot that can accommodate up to 3 daughter cards, and 1010C has a slot that can accommodate up to 10 daughter cards. Pusais daughter cards can be placed in both hosts.
The CS series source meter daughter card is a high-precision, large dynamic, plug-in source meter daughter card that Pusais has spent many years to build. It integrates multiple functions such as voltage, current input and output and measurement, and supports four-quadrant operation. Therefore, it can be widely used in various electrical characteristics tests of semiconductors. The CS series source meter is suitable for users from all walks of life, especially for the analysis of characteristics of modern semiconductors, nano devices and materials, organic semiconductors, printed electronics technology and other small-size, low-power devices.
Currently, CS100, CS200, CS300, CS400, CBI401 and CBI402 daughter cards have been developed, among which CS100, CS200, CS300 are single-card single-channel, CS400, CBI401 and CBI402 are single-card four-channel, and the 4 channels in the card share the same ground. When using a 10-card host, users can achieve a configuration of up to 40 channels. Users can choose different daughter cards according to actual conditions to achieve the best cost-effective combination.
