The frequency range of this instrument is from 8kHz to 6GHz, covering all important RF bands for digital wireless communications. The RF modulation bandwidth of up to 500MHz meets the stringent requirements of the fourth and fifth generation communication standards. In aerospace and defense applications, the bandwidth enables the generation of complex pulsed signals.
In many test setups, such as RF component verification, it is important to provide signals at high power levels. The SMBV100B ensures best-in-class signal quality at very high power levels. No additional amplifier is required, which makes the test setup simpler.
