The N4906B Sequence BER Tester is a high-performance BER tester designed for high-speed digital communication component and system testing.
The N4906B provides up to 12.5 Gb/s of pattern generation and error detection at a very high price/performance ratio, with a waveform conversion time of less than 25 ps to ensure more accurate measurements. the N4906B can be optionally equipped with a CDR function, which is suitable for testing devices or systems without a clock interface, and true differential inputs, which enable the testing of LVDS and other differential interfaces. The compact size saves space and the built-in LAN, USB, and GPIB interfaces make it easy to integrate into automated test environments.
