Description
The pneumatic vacuum feeder is a vacuum conveyor that uses a pneumatic vacuum pump as a vacuum source.
The vacuum feeder can be used to feed materials directly from the container into a mixer, reactor, hopper, tablet press, packaging machine, vibrating screen, granulator, wet granulator, dry granulator and crushing machine. The vacuum feeder reduces the labor intensity of workers, eliminates dust pollution, and ensures that production meets GMP requirements,also can reduce the space.

When press "on/off" button , compressed air enters the vacuum pump, and the discharge door of the hopper is closed under the push of the cylinder, and a vacuum is generated in the hopper. The vacuum feeder forms an airflow under vacuum. Under the action of this airflow, the material will be conveyed to the vacuum hopper through the hose.
