Description
- Continuous steel tube furnace year 2004
-Degreasing machine Pipes & Tubes GMBH year 2016
-Cutting machine Adige year 2022
-Drilling machine Vernet-Behringer year 2011
- Continuous steel tube furnace year 2004
furnace has been designed and built to perform the white solubilization treatment of stainless steel and nickel alloy tubes.
The dimensions and mass of these parts must be compatible with the useful passage dimensions of the furnace, with the dimensions of the transport strings and with the production data indicated.
The furnace is designed to operate with a protective atmosphere composed of pure hydrogen at a low dew point at the flow rates provided in Chapter 4.
Technical features of the oven
4.1 Dimensions
External diameter of the muffles: 2x120+1x140 mm
Internal diameter of the muffles: 2x100+1x120 mm
Maximum diameter of the pipes to be treated: 76 mm
Height of the loading surface (from the operator's work surface): 1000 mm
Internal useful length of the hot zone: 7000 mm
Length of the cooling zone: 15000 mm
Total length: 52500 mm
Height: 1800 mm approx.
Width: 1800 mm approx.
4.2 Technical operating data
Tube feed speed (adjustable): 10-60 m/h
Maximum temperature: 1210 °C
Installed thermal power: 200 kW
4.3 Power supplies and consumption
Methane (for pilot burner): pressure: 50 mbar
flow rate: 1.0 Nm3/h
Protective atmosphere (hydrogen): pressure: 100 mbar
flow rate: 10-15 Nm3/h
Nitrogen: pressure: 100 mbar
washing: 15 Nm3/h
at the mouths: 3 Nm3/h
Electricity: voltage: 3 x 400 V
power: 210 kW
.
The consumption of cooling water, regulated by a thermostatic valve, depends on its inlet temperature. As a reference, a temperature difference of 20°C corresponds to a consumption of approximately 6 m3/h.
Cooling water:
Inlet temperature (exchange): 25° max.
Temperature in the cooling zone: 45 - 55°C
Temperature difference (furnace inlet - outlet): approx. 25°C
Inlet line pressure: 2 - 4 bar
Discharge back pressure: atmospheric
The cooling water must be treated in such a way as to comply with the following technical specifications:
- pH value: 7+-0.5
- Free carbon dioxide: max. 20 mg/l
- Combined carbon dioxide: max. 120 mg/l
- Carbonate hardness: 6°-7° dH without the addition of polyphosphates or stabilizers
15°-18° dH with the use of polyphosphates or stabilizers
- Non-carbonate hardness: max. 50° d
- Total salt content: max. 500 mg/l
- SO4 content: 500 mg/l
- Chlorine content: 150 mg/l
- Algae: 0
- Iron: 0-0.1 mg/l
- Water must be free of sediments and turbid substances.
Some production data are also provided based on the production of ø 30x 1.2 pipes, in conditions that ensure the material remains at temperature for 5' for each mm of thickness. A load of four pipes is expected for each ø 100 muffle and five pipes for the ø 120 muffle.
- maximum expected productivity (pipes only): 335 kg/h
- speed: 30m/h
- treatment temperature: depending on the pipe material
- pipe outlet temperature: Tinlet water + 15°C
