Complete packaging line for cereal bars or other bars in flowpack and carton.
Consisting of:
The bars was packed as a single layer or a double layer. Wide: 27/30/32/36 mm, lengths: 60 up to 110mm, height: 14 up to 20 mm, foiled und after this packed in carton: 1 layer 3 bars, 1 layer 5 bars, 2 layer 6 bars, 2 layer 8 bars
Each flowpack ( 2 pcs.) the speed was max, depending on size 250 – 300 bars/min.
Automatic erecting of cartons, filling by hand, closing automatically.
