Description
This completely overhauled STAR SR 32 J sliding headstock lathe offers excellent performance thanks to the control
FANUC 18i – TB. The machine was carefully dismantled, with the base cleaned and repainted, and the
replaced all components subject to wear, including ball screws, bearings and belts. The systems
Axle lubrication and air are completely new, ensuring optimal operation.
The lathe has a maximum turning diameter of 32 mm and a sliding headstock stroke of up to 310 mm. It is equipped with a
conveyor for machined parts, chip conveyor and a fire protection system. It comes with various tools and a
IEMCA BOSS 332-32 E bar loader. The main technical specifications include an available power of
3.7/2.2 KW, a spindle with a speed of up to 7,000 rpm, and a total weight of 2800 kg. The machine includes
also a tub, transformer and instruction manuals.
