Description
Automatic Fidelity Feeder Die Cutter is a kind of high-efficiency flatbed die cutting machine with traditional Fidelity (side gauge) feeding system, which is suitable for die cutting, creasing and hot stamping of cardboard, corrugated paper, self-adhesive and other materials. Compared with the leading edge paper feeding die-cutting machine, it has certain advantages in terms of cost, applicability and ease of maintenance, but the precision and speed are slightly lower.
1. Fidelity feeding system (side gauge feeding)
Positioning method: rely on the side gauge (pull gauge) + front gauge for paper positioning, suitable for low and medium precision needs.
Applicable materials:
Suitable for **thin paper (≤0.5mm)** or material with good flatness (such as ordinary cardboard, label paper).
Less adaptable to thick paper (>1mm) or warped materials, prone to register deviation.
Speed range: Normally 4,000~6,000 sheets/hour (depending on material).
2. Fully automated functions
Automatic paper feeding: Flyer head (separator) with separator knife to realize continuous paper feeding.
Automatic waste removal: optional full or half waste removal device to improve production efficiency.
Automatic paper collection: neatly stacked, reducing manual intervention.
3. Flat die-cutting structure
Upper and lower platform die-cutting, uniform pressure, suitable for complex knife mold and deep indentation process.
Compatible with laser knife die, corrosion knife die, lower mold cost, suitable for short version orders.
4. Economic applicability
Lower equipment cost, suitable for small and medium-sized printing and packaging enterprises.
