Working principle
Working principle: the equipment can adjust the clearance of the castor bar according to the user's requirements and change the discharge particle size to meet the different needs of different users. The fast rotating hammer smashes materials on the collision surface with materials. It has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency. It can be used as dry and wet crushing equipment. The main working part of the machine is the rotor with hammer (also known as hammer head). The rotor is composed of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft and a hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The materials are fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the impact, impact, shear and grinding of the high-speed hammer. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The particle size smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the size of the sieve hole is prevented from remaining on the sieve plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
