Description
This series of machine tools are equipped with square rams, excellent performance and a wide range of processing technologies. A variety of special accessory milling heads can be selected, and drilling, reaming, boring, grooving and plane milling of medium and large-sized parts can be completed in one clamping.
The machine bed is T-shaped, with high rigidity and multiple supports. Compound guide rails, each with a load-relief device, and heavy-duty roller linear guideways can be used.
Fully enclosed spindle box. Y-axis nut rotation (for strokes exceeding 2000mm). Each feed axis is driven by a high-precision preloaded double-nut ball screw pair. The main transmission box and the square slide are fed synchronously, with high speed, low noise and high torque characteristics. Imported wire rope counterweight balance, advanced and unique balance suspension point. Double-layer column design.
The bed column guide rails are fully ground.
The square slide is fully covered on all four sides, with its own compensation mechanism.
The rotary table is a large rotary support. The slewing gear ring is a ground large diameter gear ring.
The slewing brake is a hydraulic brake.
The slewing transmission is a double-gear driven gear ring with a backlash elimination mechanism. The backlash elimination mechanism can be selected with dual motors and dual gears, or single motor and dual gears.
Can achieve 360-degree arbitrary angle indexing.
Can be equipped with coolant through spindle and high-pressure unit.
Can be equipped with a tool magazine to achieve automatic tool change function.
