Description
This series of machine tools has excellent performance and a wide range of processing technologies. A variety of special accessory
milling heads can be selected, and one clamping can complete drilling, reaming, boring, grooving and plane milling of large-sized
parts. This machine is divided into two types, one without a fixed face plate and the other with a fixed face plate. This model
can also be combined according to needs.
The machine bed is T-shaped, with high rigidity and multiple supports. Compound guide rails, each with a unloading device, can be
selected as a heavy-duty roller linear guide. Each feed axis is driven by a high-precision preloaded double-nut ball screw pair.
Imported wire rope counterweight balance. Double-layer column design. Guide rails can be selected as compound guide rails or
heavy-duty roller linear guide rails, and the compound guide rails are all fully ground. The rotary table is a large rotary
support. The rotary gear ring is a ground large-diameter gear ring. The rotary brake is a hydraulic brake. The rotary transmission
is a double-gear drive gear ring with a backlash elimination mechanism. The backlash elimination mechanism can be selected as a
double motor double gear, or a single motor double gear. 360-degree arbitrary angle indexing can be achieved. Coolant through
spindle and high-pressure unit can be equipped. Tool magazine can be equipped to achieve automatic tool change function. Extended
milling head can be equipped. Spindle support can be equipped.
