Description
AL-KO filter devices are used in Finland by dozens of companies, from small carpentry workshops to the largest forest industry companies. Applications for AL-KO filters include woodworking, processing of various plastics, filtering gypsum dust and filtering stone dust.
The sawdust is discharged from the filter through a compartment feeder into the transfer pipeline. With a separate transfer vacuum, the sawdust can be blown further into a sawdust container, for example. The equipment is ready for control of a transfer vacuum.
The filtered air can be returned to the factory or led outside using a separate exhaust duct. The enclosed structure ensures quiet operating noise and a dust-free environment for the equipment.
The filter is cleaned automatically with compressed air. Automatic cleaning is controlled by a vacuum sensor. The equipment performs post-cleaning when it is turned off. The filter material is class C and is antistatic. Replacing the filter bags is an easy procedure through the filter roof, which opens easily without tools.
