Match rated pressure, maximum flow, stroke length, mounting points and rod diameter to your loader’s specs. Check OEM part numbers and application loads (force/speed). Material and seal type matter for environment and duty cycle.

Look for external leaks, pitted or scored rods, bent rods, corrosion, smooth piston movement, intact ports and seals, and any weld repairs. Ask for pressure/test records and service history.

Drain and cap ports, protect and lock rods to prevent extension, pack on pallets or in crates, brace against movement, and use a carrier experienced with heavy hydraulic components. Insure the shipment and include condition photos.

Maintain clean hydraulic fluid and filters, monitor seals, replace worn seals and bearings, and cycle-test under pressure. Life varies by duty and maintenance—properly cared-for units may last many years, while neglected ones fail quickly.
