Match conveyor width and roller spacing to your pallet or product dimensions. Confirm weight per linear foot and total load capacity, plus required speed (ft/min or m/min) to meet your throughput.

Plan for length and weight: conveyors may need sectional shipping, crating, or container loading. Confirm lifting points, whether rollers must be removed, and whether a forklift or crane is needed at pickup and delivery.

Regularly clean debris, lubricate bearings and chains per manufacturer guidance, inspect rollers for wear, check alignment and belt/chain tension, and test motors and controls for unusual noise or heat.

Common parts like bearings, rollers, motors, sprockets, and chains are widely available, but check model numbers and roller shaft sizes. Consider stocking spare rollers and bearings for quicker repairs.
