Buyers choose based on resolution, environmental rating (IP), electrical interface (analog, digital, CAN), mounting, shaft size and compatibility with the machine’s controller.

How do I ensure a feedback device is compatible with my crawler loader?

Match electrical interface (voltage, signal type, CAN), mechanical mounting, shaft diameter, resolution and connector pinout to your controller. Provide the OEM part number or controller specs to the seller and ask for a datasheet.

What should I check when buying a used feedback device?

Inspect for shaft play, corrosion, water ingress, damaged connectors and seals. Request recent test reports, output waveform checks and serial numbers. Verify calibration history and spare-part availability.

How should feedback devices be shipped to avoid damage?
