Disassemble into transportable sections, secure rollers and shafts, drain hazardous fluids, protect precision heads and electronics, and use flatbed or container shipment with crane loading and insurance.

Schedule routine inspection of rollers, bearings, seals, heaters and temperature controls; clean coating heads and pumps after runs; replace doctor blades and seals as needed; and keep electrical controls and calibration documented.
